Ian Lynch

JUNIOR ASSOCIATE

Ian Lynch joined the team as our 2024 session intern, and then as our Junior Associate upon completion of the session. He is a Willamette University alumni with a degree in Politics, Policy, Law and Ethics. He has an abiding interest in public defense policy, in particular the mechanics and implementation of Senate Bill 337, the sprawling public defense bill passed in the 2023 session. When he is not conducting policy research or collecting vintage campaign pins, he is studying political history with a special interest in former Oregon senator Mark Hatfield.
